Our process is extensive because we’re adamant about the details as you are. So we’ve broken up your wedding planning experience into four phases (with several touch bases within each phase, by the way) to make planning just as memorable as the wedding itself.
FOUR
Phase
Once we’ve hosted an official wedding rehearsal, all that’s left to do is to host your wedding day, just as you envisioned it. Being part of the decision-making for months is one thing. Seeing it with your own eyes and experiencing it amongst loved ones will feel like a blur — we’ll take care of it all so you can take it all in!
Leading up to the big day, we’ll, of course, be finalizing timely priority items like guest count and vendor communications. But really, this is a time to celebrate! We encourage you to invite your family and friends so everyone understands the final timeline. Yes, we’re certainly popping the bubbly and we’ll even show you how to cut the cake so you’re prepared on wedding night!

Phase
With some plates already spinning, up next we get to discuss what you’re most looking forward to — your aesthetic. Our visual design boards have become a client favorite because it leads the conversation for us to discuss which decor elements (and yummy cake!) will capture the look and feel of your wedding.

Essentially, we’re laying the groundwork for the next several months while giving you peace of mind. Have any style preferences? Let’s talk about it. Wedding budget? Our spreadsheets are in tow. Vendors? We’ve already got a few in mind. We get started on the highest priority to-do’s to kick things off.
